Reference is made to the second quarter 2026 report released on August 13, 2026. Golar LNG Limited (“Golar”), NASDAQ ticker: GLNG, has declared a total dividend of $0.25 per share to be paid on September 2, 2026.  The record date will be August 24, 2026. 

Second Quarter financial summary

Golar LNG Limited (NASDAQ: GLNG) (“Golar” or the “Company”) announces today that it has executed an Engineering, Procurement and Construction (“EPC”) agreement with Yantai CIMC Raffles Offshore Limited (“CIMC Raffles”) for its fourth FLNG and second MKII design Floating LNG Production (“FLNG”) vessel with an annual liquefaction capacity of 3.5 Million Tons of LNG Per Annum (“MTPA”). The 4th FLNG conversion project has a total budget of approximately US$2.45 billion delivered to its prospective site. Golar’s 4th FLNG is expected to be delivered from the shipyard by year end 2029 and will be the earliest available FLNG capacity globally. The attractive delivery is possible due to Golar’s long standing relationships with equipment suppliers and commitments made during the year to secure attractive delivery slots for long lead items. A donor vessel for the conversion project has been secured.

Golar LNG Limited (“Golar”) is pleased to announce successful closing of a new $600 million senior secured Revolving Credit Facility (“RCF”). The RCF further strengthens Golar’s balance sheet flexibility and facilitates for further FLNG growth.

Golar LNG Limited announces that it has filed its Form 20-F for the year ended December 31, 2025, with the Securities and Exchange Commission in the U.S.

Golar LNG Limited (NASDAQ: GLNG) (“Golar” or the “Company”) today announced its Board of Directors has initiated a formal process to evaluate strategic alternatives for the Company. As previewed on the 4th Quarter 2025 results, this review aims to accelerate the FLNG growth pipeline and maximize shareholder value, reflecting Golar’s successful transition into a high-growth, pure-play Floating Liquefied Natural Gas (FLNG) company. To support this process, the Company has appointed Goldman Sachs International as its financial advisor.

Golar LNG Limited (“Golar”) is pleased to announce that it has successfully closed and drawn a new $1.2 billion asset backed debt facility agreement with a consortium of banks including ABN AMRO, Citibank, DNB, Goldman Sachs and Standard Chartered Bank for the refinancing of FLNG Gimi. The new $1.2bn bank facility replaces an existing bank facility with an outstanding amount of $627 million as at Q3 2025.

Hamilton, Bermuda, September 25, 2025 — Golar LNG Limited (the “Company”) (Nasdaq: GLNG) today announced the pricing of a private offering (the “Offering”) of $500 million in aggregate principal amount of unsecured senior notes due 2030 (the “Notes”). The Notes will bear interest at a rate of 7.500% per year and will mature on October 2, 2030. The Notes will be issued at par and will be senior unsecured obligations of the Company.

Hamilton, Bermuda, September 22, 2025 — Golar LNG Limited (the “Company”) (Nasdaq: GLNG), has mandated a syndicate of banks to arrange a series of fixed income investor meetings commencing Monday, September 22. An offering of USD 144A/Reg S denominated benchmark 5NC2 senior unsecured notes (the “Notes”) may follow, subject to market conditions.
