Golar LNG Limited announces that it has filed its Form 20-F for the year ended December 31, 2025, with the Securities and Exchange Commission in the U.S.

Golar LNG Limited (NASDAQ: GLNG) (“Golar” or the “Company”) today announced its Board of Directors has initiated a formal process to evaluate strategic alternatives for the Company. As previewed on the 4th Quarter 2025 results, this review aims to accelerate the FLNG growth pipeline and maximize shareholder value, reflecting Golar’s successful transition into a high-growth, pure-play Floating Liquefied Natural Gas (FLNG) company. To support this process, the Company has appointed Goldman Sachs International as its financial advisor.

Golar LNG Limited (“Golar”) is pleased to announce that it has successfully closed and drawn a new $1.2 billion asset backed debt facility agreement with a consortium of banks including ABN AMRO, Citibank, DNB, Goldman Sachs and Standard Chartered Bank for the refinancing of FLNG Gimi. The new $1.2bn bank facility replaces an existing bank facility with an outstanding amount of $627 million as at Q3 2025.

Hamilton, Bermuda, September 25, 2025 — Golar LNG Limited (the “Company”) (Nasdaq: GLNG) today announced the pricing of a private offering (the “Offering”) of $500 million in aggregate principal amount of unsecured senior notes due 2030 (the “Notes”). The Notes will bear interest at a rate of 7.500% per year and will mature on October 2, 2030. The Notes will be issued at par and will be senior unsecured obligations of the Company.

Hamilton, Bermuda, July 1, 2025 -- Golar LNG Limited (the “Company”) (NASDAQ: GLNG) announced today the closing of its previously announced offering of 2.75% Convertible Senior Notes due 2030 (the “Notes”), in a private placement to qualified institutional buyers pursuant to Rule 144A under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended (the “Securities Act”). The Company sold $575 million aggregate principal amount of the Notes, including $75 million aggregate principal amount of the Notes sold pursuant to the initial purchasers’ exercise in full of their 30-day option to purchase additional Notes in connection with the offering.
